AVI Consult offers outsourcing services for user support and maintenance of computing equipment in the offices of organizations. Subscription service
Subscriber service implies full support of the previously agreed infrastructure
The cost of subscription services includes:
- Monitoring the status and warning of server incidents using the Zabbix system
- Routine check of the server status manually once a month
- Monitoring elimination of backup errors
- Infrastructure incident resolution
Who and what is included in the service contract:
- Users (consultations, help with software and hardware settings)
- Services (telephony, video surveillance, on-premis software, SaaS, IaaS, anti-virus protection, information security)
- Servers (office, dedicated)
- Workstations (PCs, laptops, thin clients, mobile and smart devices)
- Peripheral equipment (scanners, printers, multifunction devices, video cameras, telephones)
The cost is highly dependent on the infrastructure served, but on average starts from $ 50 per user per month
In case of subscriber service, all applications are maintained in the ticket system and, if necessary, can be unloaded and monitored by the Customer
At the beginning of the service, a description of the client's infrastructure is drawn up so that any engineer can provide qualified assistance. Also, standard and client-specific infrastructure problems are brought up (such as the lack of backup, or corporate antivirus) and further proposed ways to solve them
All work that is not included in the Agreement, for example, moving an office, or adding a new server, are made out in separate projects and their cost is negotiated before implementation
